It's Hello Kitty meets the TMNT!
Found these on Joseph Senior's Hello Kitty Pop Culture Set on Flickr. He also recreated tons of other characters as Hello Kitty like Batman, Boba Fett and Wolverine, to name a few. I went with the Ninja Turtles as they're my all-time fave. Cowabunga!
